GOT WATER?

The State of Washington; has past so many Bills that have, taken over or regulated all water in the state. All water rights belong to the State.
All! EVERY DROP!
To the point that a special court has to be created to deal with the volumes of law.

Senate Bill 5338 (Creating a water court):
Introduced by Sen. Karen Fraser on January 20, 2005, to establish a water court within the state court system that will have exclusive original jurisdiction for challenges relating to the adoption of in-stream flows and that will have appellate jurisdiction for water rights management and enforcement disputes. If Senate/House Bill Joint Resolution to amend the Constitution to authorize a water court does not pass, this act is null and void.
