EPA a stand alone political entity? Diverting tax dollars to special interest gropes?

This should burn your @$$. A Government agency campaigning to bolster it's power.
Campaigning to elect a president?
When Government agencies become involved in campaigning for candidates in public office, they are truly out of control.
We the people elect our Government to manage these so called agencies, not the agencies electing Government so the agency con manage the people.
This is one of those things after reading this article one would have to conclude that the EPA is a rouge left wing Democrat organization. That has very little to do with the constitutional requirements of Government.
This is a road to a police state.

I mean by that, if is against the law to dump industrial wast in to a river, then that is the law. We don't need a bureaucracy to make up crap on the fly. What if law enforcement operated the way EPA does, implementing rules regulations to suet there agenda.
It is obvious that the EPA has an agenda, if the truth be known the agency is made up of greenies, left wing anti- American zealots. The EPA needs to be cleaned out, cut back and limited in it's powers.

2004 Gov. race no one won! A SPOILED ELECTION?

This latest update by the Democrats is somewhat curious, considering the allegations.
We know what their intent is. That is to pad the percentages to a draw. This might work if Rossi were to try and prove he won the 2004 Gov. race. If Rossi sticks to his plan to prove that the 2004 Gov. election out come can not prove a win or a loss either way, then the Democrats are making the case for Rossi's election contest.

Right now there are so many number of felon votes and illegally counted votes, it's hard to get a true total. The time lines for Ballots found, and when the public was notified, makes it confusing to tally. The nearest tally I can come up with is just under 4000 questionable Ballots. If this is close, then that number represents 28 times the margin of victory.
