A Snohomish County judge ruled Friday that the state improperly shifted around $250 million to various state accounts in order to raise the state spending limit, according to a spokesman for one of
the plaintiffs.

Like I have stated before, the Democrats represents the biggest bunch of crooks in the world. They will lie, cheat and steal to get there way. You have to ask your self, why? What is the end gain? I guess it's to prove that they can run the state in to the ground.

Then it just might be that the people of the state of Washington like being treated like there to ignorant to know what is going on.

The Federal Election Commission has postponed a long-anticipated decision on whether to apply the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform law to political speech on the Internet.

It appeared that FEC Commissioner Michael Toner wanted to give Congress a chance to pass the Online Freedom of Speech Act proposed by Texas Republican Jeb Hensarling.

But late Wednesday afternoon, the House Rules Committee passed on the opportunity by failing to report Hensarling’s bill out of committee for debate on the House floor.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The way I read this is, congress can not establish a religion, or keep me from worshiping whom or what ever I wish. Congress can not make up laws stiffeling my right to speak out against any thing, nor can they tell the press what to or not to say. Congress can not prohibit me from getting to gather with others for any reason, as long as it's peaceful. And I have every right to bitch about the government, the shady deal, oppressive laws, and the dammed ass holes in congress making the asinine decisions. Any time any place, especially before an election, I don't want the same ass holes in office next time around. The only qualifier in the First Amendment is the word "peaceably", nothing about how, when or with whom.

If you renew your license tabs or register a vehicle after Jan. 1, brace yourself to pay more. New weight fees -- approved by lawmakers last spring --are about to kick in.

In addition to the current $30 basic state license tab fee, vehicle owners will pay extra, depending on the weight of what they drive. For light cars -- under 4,000 pounds -- the fee is an extra $10. For vehicles ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 pounds, it's $20. From 6,000 to 8,000 pounds, it's $30.

In addition, motor home owners will now pay $75 to register, regardless of weight. But the license fee for private-use, single-axle trailers weighing 2,000 pounds or less will drop from $30 now to $15.

Other increases: replacing a license plate, which now costs $3.50 a plate, will rise to $12.

It is getting to the point that a body can't take a good old fashion country cow piss with out it being declared a wet land.

A 1000-sf. is nothing more than a mud hole, some of our roads meet that description. A 1000-sf hardly seems like a critical area, based on scientific findings. Remember most houses start at 1200-sf or more. Just how many mosquitoes live in a 1000-sf mud hole? It look more like a health problem than a wild life habitat concern.

I have a wet wether stream on my property, where I created a pond. I imported cat tails and yellow flags, along with some lilies and lemon grass. I through in some special shrub willows, pampas grass and a small 8x12ft building to store food for ducks and gees. It looks good,and I created a small area for wild foul to amuse me in there quest for food and nesting. It did not make for better water quality, every cupel of years I have to drain and clean the crap from the pond.

This is of my choosing for my benefit , and a lot of other folks have done much the same.
Most people like to think they are living close to God's creatures, and enjoy creating a little nitch for the critters of there choice.
What I don't need some pen-headed bureaucrat or the government telling me what I can or can't do with my property.

This is a repeat of what has happened in King County, and will not stop until the property rights of the hole State is ham-strung. This is not just the concern of the people of Thurston County, it concerns us all. We are next.

If the county wants wet land then let the County buy it.

# Any wetlands bigger than 1,000 square feet would be off limits for development. Wetlands smaller than 11,000 square feet in the county growth areas and smaller than 22,000 square feet in the rural county are now exempt from building restrictions.

# Buffers around lakes, ponds and marine shores would double from about 50 feet to 100 feet.

# The ordinance also includes new exemptions to make the changes less of a hardship to homeowners. Existing development will be grandfathered in, and people who have homes near a wetland will now be allowed to add up to 500 square feet to the footprint of their house.

# If someone has property with less than 5,000 square feet of buildable land because of a wetland, property owners can encroach into the wetland as much as they need to to get 5,000 square feet.

Olympia gives initial OK to `nuclear-free' zone

What a bunch of idiots.
This is the typical crap that comes out of our State,s Capital City. I have to wander if the complaints of military ordnance being shipped through Olympia are from the towns people, or a few activist suck-ups at Evergreen Collage. I doubt very seriously that the Navy will even consider renaming a war ship to satisfy a bunch of fools. If they were to rename the USS Olympia, the Navy could call it the USS City of Fools, if want to keep with the City's namesake. Like the City has a copy right on the name Olympia, the home of the God of War.
As for the 32 companies connected with nuclear weapons production, I hope the State is prepared to go back to pencil and paper. I don't think that there is a computer made that hasn't got some component that can't be linked to a nuclear device or its execution.

Just maybe the City of Olympia is willing to give up its tax dollars from the State and federal government, that are generated by the 32 companies in question.

I have gotten it figured out. While convalescing after having my right shoulder replaced, I have had time to reflecting on the meaning of life. With my right arm in a sling and barely able to wait on myself, it came to me while sitting on my porcelain executive chair doing some long over due paper work. Washington State Government has a history of pushing things on to the people that are unwarranted, coast a lot of money and benefit a few. Most of the problems emanate from
Seattle, King County, a bastion of welfare recipients from business to the homeless. Also a harbinger of lawyers in the upper high dollar category, wheeling and dealing with the politicians in the City, County and State to ether maintain or further there stature in the food chain. Over the years with a slight of hand hear and a push of the limits there,The slightly shady dealings have gotten shader and shader and excepted as the norm. This translates to a core of corruption that fans through out State Government and the Judiciary.

Remember lawyers grow up to be politicians and judges, and there is an incestual relationship between lawyers, politicians and judges.

Now the question, what is the motivating factor in this grand elusion? Well, Money, of corse. Cash probably not, favors you bet, that translate in to millions of tax dollars. "You get a sports stadium and we will get you the governorship". The unions, if the legislature will scratch our back we will scratch yours. Could someone let the supreme Court no if a ruling is needed to go in favor of the State? Look at the laws passed in this past Legislation, make work for attorneys and big construction companies i.e. union, all big donors to the Demarcate party.

I have believed all along that Judge Bridges was playing a little game of rope-a-dope with the election challenge. Look at the Judge who decided to call political commentary and editorials a campaign contribution. Now the Supreme Court rules the State can put an emergency claus on a Bill for any reason at any time.

We have seen what the Democrats in this passed legislation did to over through the will of the people of this state.

Prominent law firms with a definite conflict of interest, filling suttees and lobbing against the people to protect there financial gain with doing business with the state government.
The bottom line is, crooked Lawyers, crooked Politicians and crooked Judges.
This State has become so crooked that it's beginning to look like Mexico's Government. Could it be why illegals are so welcome, you don't have to train them to deal with a corrupt Government.

A rather large target to go after. Also there is all those empty buses that obstruct traffic. Any one of these targets would really make the World set up and take notice. Give me a brake, the only people that would notice would be the commuters on the highways. Terrorist wouldn't try to bomb Seattle Transit, because they would be doing the people a favor. A really big bomb would do about $37.63 worth of damage.

In Seattle / King County if you want to put fear in the people, and you were a terrorist, you would support mass transit.

Governor owes state workers an apology

Tom Fitzsimmons, Gov. Christine Gregoire's chief of staff, had the gall to go on 710 KIRO radio and try to justify the governor giving her Cabinet a 16 percent raise.

What was that justification?

When asked by the host how he thought the rank and file would take this since they have been without a raise for four years, Fitzsimmons said: "It's because it was necessary for recruitment, and in fairness to get the best and the brightest people to come to work for state government. The world changes, these are very talented people, they work hard, they are very dedicated, they are great public servants, they deserve a decent wage, they are very intelligent, they are the best and the brightest people."

Well, excuse me, I am a state worker, and I am one of those rank and file, and it just so happens every state worker I have worked around in 15 years meets every one of those criteria.

Fitzsimmons has pretty much proven to all of us now exactly what management thinks of the people who actually do the work.

So we thank him for finally telling us how we are thought of for our hard work.

How callous Fitzsimmons' remarks are. I believe he and the governor owe every Washington state employee an apology.

The U.S. supreme Court has finely stooped to murder. The trigger has been pulled, the fuse has been lit. The only problem is where this deed will take place, or against who. It may be some pore bastard who thinks he has a right to defend his property. Or maybe some city hall vaperized by a bomb, planted by some distort property owner. Hell it might even be one of the Supremes that gets wasted.
Regardless, the supreme Court bares the responsibility, by making laws and undermining the U.S. Constitution. This opens up the biggest graff, influence peddling, behind closed door dealings since proabishion. A lot of people will get hurt before this wrong is righted, mostly the innocent land owner.

I will be slow for a while, as I am having to use a PC to post with. This is like going back to the stone age. I can use only one monitor, and trying to retrieve URLs is a chore.
My old G3 Mac bit the big one. All things must pass sooner or later. It suffered a stroke, and passed to the big apple in the sky.

before I take a splitting mall to this slow creeping pile of junk I would like to extends my gratitude and thanks to the bloggers whom kept us posted with the braking news in the election contest.

At the front of the pack is Sound Politics, whom should receive an award for the hard work and dedication that was put forth with the investigative reporting on organize election mistake in King Co.

A Day of Infamy to Revote or Revolt is the Question

The election contest is in recess until Monday morning at 9 am. No matter how the Judge rules there will be a riff. On one hand, the Dem's will go nuts and continue with there jusification of mistakes. It's funny how the Dem's come across like socialpaths, justifing their bad behavior by pointing out that others did the same thing. Wouldn't want to own up to responsibility, now would they?

Then on the other hand, the 60% of the State's voters who think that Rossi won the election will revolt if the Dem's are favored. Every Dem will become blog fadder in the next couple of elections. Their credibility is worthless thanks in part to the 2005 legislature and the Seattle elite.

Judge Bridges may not be the most popular Judge after tomorrow's ruling, by one side or the other, or maybe both. However, I don't think he will leave much to chance or be challenged in the Supreme Court.

AT the end of the day, we will see who is staring down at their shoes and scuffing the ground. Win, lose or draw, let's be sports about it and kick ass in November.

Sound Transit Scam on the Tax Payers of Washington

More specific an end run on highway tax dollars, diverted to municipal transit systems.
In the 50's and 60's the light rail interurban transit systems through out the U.S. died in there antiquated inefficient and costly operations. One of the factor was the changing demographics of the suburbs, what was once residential was becoming industrial. An other factor was the coast of maintenance had become more expensive than the operating coast of buses. Buses were and stile more portable, less expensive to operate and also cheeper to replace.

Municipalities have always had the responsibility of there own inferstructer within there incorporation boundaries. This is payed for by the taxies allocated in that municipalities.
The municipalities along the I-5 corridor between Marrysvill and Tumwater, back in the late 50's They chose to let the State and Federal highway tax dollars allocated for the I-5 project, be the end all to there traffic problems
at the time. Basically dumping there traffic load on I-5, with out upgrading there own infrastructures. Streets were cut off, state highways dead ended, as a result traffic could not flow with out gaining access to I-5. Think of this, if the Cities like Seattle had an adequate infrastructure what would be the need to operate all those buses on the freeway?

No where can I find where the State, highway funds, shall be used to upgrade or build municipal transit systems.

As used in this act the term "urban public transportation system" shall mean a system for the public transportation of persons or property by buses, street cars, trains, electric trolley coaches, other public transit vehicles, or any combination thereof operating in or through predominantly urban areas and owned and operated by the state, any city or county or any municipal corporation of the state, including all structures, facilities, vehicles and other property rights and interest forming a part of such a system.

While I don't clam to be a mathematical genus, it seems to me that the Democrat's ecological analyst is about as elusive, as Hodeanie. It is a hard thing for the liberals to grasp, that numbers are absolutes. Liberals like to play games with words, they have a knack for twisting things to suet there agenda. But numbers, now thats a different thing all together.

In the King Co. precincts the only absolutes are the percentages that went to ether party. The hole number is false, that is what needs to be corrected. This is based on the assumption that this discrepancy is a mistake in the way the votes were tallied. If the ballots were stuffed, then the percentage and the hole number is false.

Take the number 100, if you assign 60 to Dem's and 40 to Rep's the total is still 100.
60% and 40% are absolutes also together they = 1 x 100. Regardless of the hole number 60% is
.60 of 1 or 3/5 of 1, likewise 40% is .40 of 1 or 2/5 of 1.

Now if we find out that 10 units were put in to the 100 units by mistake, and there is no way to know or identify the ten units in question. How do we subtract 10 units with out changing the out come?
The percentage stays the same, 60% of 10 = 3/5 or 6 units, and 40% of 10 = 2/5 or 4 unit.
Now the number for the Dem's is 54, and rep's is 36 the same percentage as it was before deduction. The hole number is now 80. The error was corrected by subtracting proportionately from each party. The Dem's still hold the same lead at 60%, in that precinct.

If the ballots were stuffed then the hole number may be obtained if the number of over votes is known. How ever the percentage can not be reconciled. All of the ballots in that precinct would be tainted, with no way to reconcile them. Stuffing the ballots changes the outcome of the election.
Has any one at the Rossi camp asked how many registered voters who didn't vote in the 2005 election?
I will be willing to bet there were thousands who did not vote, 99% 98%. There has never been a 100% turnout in an election. However 2005 election was 101%, go figure.

The Democrats with there VODO analysis is a mater of adding stats to the formula in order to obtain a homogenized out come that has nothing to do with reaching the answer to a third grad math problem. Its a net trick if it doesn't change the percentage received by both parties. Then to ask felons how they voted is to give them two votes instead of nun. Say they voted for Dem's, then testify they voted Rep, who can prove different? A 100 felons now give the Dem's + 200 votes, when they don't have a right to a vote in the first place. Its the same thing as calling for a revote with the testimony of felons to reach an outcome to the election contest.

The Olympian runs excerpts of AP as updates while the front page leads with yesterdays news.

If you want, a blow by blow account you will need to go on the web to TVW or NWCN for some resin I have difficult time with on dial up with my mac.

The most comprehensive coverage, I believe is Sound Politics a blog sight that has devoted its time and resources to the contest from the very beginning. Actually was instrumental in getting the ball rolling with Stefan Sharkansky' s investigative reporting the old fashion way.

If there ever was a Norman Rockwell America, you have the liberals to thank for it not being that way to- day. We live in a time where a child is not safe to play in their own yards. Our homes and property must be fortified in order to protect what we work so hard to achieve. What went wrong with a society that did not have to lock their doors or worry about their children playing in the neighborhood ?

Last week there were a couple of incidences that shed a little light on how our thinking has gotten us where we are today.

On KVI's Bryan Suits' Show the discussion was about two car thefts that took place last week. The first was when a thief in Graham tried to steal a car and ended up in a hospital in a coma for his effort. With earlier misleading reports, it had appeared that the owner beat the thief half to death, as he attempted to steal the car from the owner's driveway.

Many of the callers to Bryan Suits were expressing their belief that the owner had over-stepped his right in protecting his property. The bottom line is, a car is not worth the taking of someone's life. And of course, the other side was that the owner acted appropriately.

The second car theft was when a mom, whom had her baby strapped in the back seat, stopped at a store for a quick purchase. The mom had the climate control on for the babies comfort, so left the car's engine running while she ran in the store for her purchase. While in the store, a thief stoled the car, baby and all. The thief, realizing that he had a passenger, ditched the car a couple of blocks away. The police discovered the car and baby a short time later.

On the Bryan Suits' show, the majority of the callers were in favor of persecuting the mom. There was very little said about the thief. The thief knew he had committed two crimes, one with little or no consequence, the other, " kid- napping", would have grave consequences if found out.

The thing these two stories have in common are that they were both foiled. One got the snot beat out of him and the other abandoned his plight for fear of the consequences.

This would not have happened if there was a more severe accountability for stealing an auto. I see it this way, the streets should be safe for our women and children. They should not be as they are now, safe for the criminals to run loose and plunder at will. A couple of hypotheticals; what if a car is stolen that has; a) a gun in it, that winds up at a school?, b) a billing record with customers personal info? c) your favorite pet? d) a geriatric in the back seat? e) your 17 year old child napping in the back seat? or f) your credit cards, ID or passport?

The point is, our autos have become more than just a means to get from point a to point b. We spend a lot of our time in the auto with a lot of our personal stuff. It is not the price, make, or model of the auto. It's the fact that autos have become an extension of our home and should afford the same protection under the law.

Both of the car owners discussed were condemned for their actions. This is the attitude that has us where we are to date. That mom had every right to expect to find her car and baby safe and sound after going into a store to pick up her one item and returning to her car. The only danger was the car thief.

The car owner who allegedly beat the car thief would be perfectly in his rights. The thief was trespassing on private property with the intent to steal a car. He was in the car and it was running when he was confronted by the owner. The world is a tough place, and it's really tough if your stupid.

Most of the car thieves are juveniles who have to be caught like 17 times before anything is done toward punishment. Our juvenile Justice system is for the most part non existent. The creeps rotate through the juvenile hall with nearly no accountability for breaking into homes, stealing cars, vandalism, thievery in general, drugs, and rape. They are patted on the head and sent on their way. We need to either have juvenile prisons, reform schools or both. There should be a minimum of a 5 year sentence for auto theft.

This is about property rights. When you are held accountable for what someone else does in the process of committing a crime or the consequences of a crime against you, you have lost your rights. You might as well just turn your property over to the criminals and hide in hopes that they don't come for you next.

The proof is when the thief that stole the mom's car, ditched the car because he didn't want to face the sentence involved in a kid- napping. If there were a similar sentence for stealing an auto the world would be a much safer place to live.

It will require a lot of work in a short period of time, a month to get over 250,000 signatures. This could be a historic event to let Olympia get the message, the people have the last word, not special interest.

This is the epitome of schools over stepping boundaries with jack booted, brown shirt tactics that can only be seen as mind control through fear. It appears the rules are made up on the fly or aimed at cretin individuals. Could it be because lad was a Boy Scout or what if he was the son of a carpenter. Any way one looks at it, it is outrageous behavior on the part of the school.

I carried the basics when in school, pocket knife, matches, string. fish hooks and on occasion I had ammunition, that I had for got to take out of my pockets. I have even taken my 22 riffle to school, leaving it with the mechanic at the buss garage. When School was out I would put the gun on the buss of the friend I was spending the weekend hunting with.
I was not the only one and there were on incidents of any kind.
What went wrong, where did it turn around to what we have to day?

THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS QUIT TRYING TO MAKE KIDS ADULTS, TEACH THEM WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AN ADULT.

Which has some forest roads for fire protection. The national forest that have been open to the public for ever. The environmentalist are behind the closure of the roads as a part of there agenda to shut down America. Special interest groups with special interest are not necessarily what is best for the public or public lands.

The repercussions of this closure has been a loss of millions of acres of timber to fire, because access with equipment to fight forest fires was limited. The economy has suffered millions of dollars loss here in the state of Washington, in recreation and mining. Hundreds of people were cut off from mining clams when the roads that gave them access was eliminated. The mines that were some ones livelihood, were not talking huge open pit mines, these mines would not reveal there locations if not for there markers. The recreational limitations have denied sales of all that stuff every one thinks he needs to survive for a few day in the grate out doors.

I could go on for hours on this subject, the bottom line is this is PUBLIC LAND not special interest land. and no mater what your interest you stand to loss by closing the roads to something given to mankind by God to us wisely, that is suppose to be protected by congress with the publics interest in mind.

Today a Law suit was filed with the State Supreme Court contesting the emergency claws the 2005 legislature in acted to push the highest tax ingress in the States history. In order to for the Democrats in Olympia to implement there tax drive, they first had to get past 601 which limits spending. This was done by implementing the emergency claws, that allows the legislature to bypass spending limits. This was not for an emergency declared for a specific Bill, this was for the over 200 tax hikes passed by the 2005 legislature.
The big question is what was or is the emergency? While there is or was sufficient funds to run the state, tax hikes are to fund NEW PROJECTS.
What of this has become apparent is the Democrats are buying futures, elections and favors with tax payers wallets.
The truth is there was no emergency, this was a ploy to keep the tax payers from using the referendum process to bring these tax hikes to a vote by the people of the State.

The initiative process starting to heat up, I-900, Eyman is back for round three to keep the $30.00 license fee. Also a no gas tax campaign has been launched to repeal the $.09 gas tax.

Not only did the Democrats deviously get around spending limits, they are stealing money from other ear marked accounts. Tobacco foes decry Legislature dipping into prevention funding, the money stolen from the tobacco co.s that has been ear marked for adolescent
tobacco prevention.

WHY: On Tuesday, May 3, Forest Service officials were telling reporters to standby for the release of a Bush administration replacement to the Clinton era roadless rule. Now is the time to start cleaning house.
There are no excuses for what has taken place in Olympia in this legislative session. This has been the biggest tax and spend session in history of the State. People are pissed, and for good reason we will be paying for this for the next 20 years. A 12% increase over current budget, 26.09 billion, that is billion with a B $26,009,000,000.00, and this is for 2 years. Off the top of my head that looks like about $43,000.00 debt for every man, woman and child in the State.
A gas tax that benefits King County, and dose nothing to improve the gridlock on the highways. All of the resources that go's to a County that has been mismanaged for years. King County could not manage a booth at a swop meet, they are still pay for the King Dome and blowing money right and left for folly trollies. If K.C. wanted to do something to improve traffic on I-5, they would dynamite that bottle neck Convention Center off the face of map. Hell I would pay to watch it, and pay more to shove the plunger.

No one is talking about all of the laws that were revised and new laws introduced. The Democrats passed 177 laws in this session, and we have only heard of a hand full. Wait until these laws start taking effect in July, and there impact will surface. Most of the laws are liberal feel good obstruction to the public. For instance no proof of citizenship to vote, but you will now have to show I.D. to get cold medicine. You will have to pay more for a new auto with Calf. air emissions standards that has no benefit except to your mechanic in keeping them running. The Democrats passed a cloning Bill for what purpose I have yet to figure out, except perhaps to clone dead voters.

We also have some dead wight on the republican party as well. Like the 11 who voting for the gas tax. The republican voting record will be held to scrutiny.

We don't trust the legislature and D.O.T.

We the people the state of washington need to take our government back. There are many thing that can done to put checks and balances to hold the politician in check. The first thing that is needed, would be to elect a real Governor that is willing to take on the issues that pelage the people of the State. A Governor that is willing to change the face of government in Olympia.

The highest priority being highways, "not transportation" i.e. not buses, not rail, not trams, not runways, HOV lanes AND NOT TOLLS.
We don't need any more quick fixes or wasted money for study groups, sales tax on materials or EPA studies that have already have been studied to death.
I don't know who or when it was decided that cities started getting money from the State to subsidize or build transit systems. I am looking in to it, because it is not enumerated in section 40 of the States constitution. I suspect it to be a scam to get Federal money to create a make work bureaucracy.

There is a needed revamping of the D.O.T., starting with and not limited to ELECTING A STATE HIGHWAYS COMMISSIONER to serve for a six year term. With the authority to implement and carry out the duties of that office. Such duties as contracting out, organizational efficiencies, partition the legislature and hire and fire. With a DOT accounting office that is audited at least every two years. The most important is to get a real highway engineer.

This may require a change in the constitution and a lot of arm twisting however the end results would by more accountability and less politics when it comes to one of the States most important infrastructures.

APPEARS; is not an absolute, it is left to the discretion of the Judge, based on the evidence before him.
There is no way to look at a ballot and tell who voted, there is only a number no name. Though this info could be found it would take a court order and that is not likely to happen in order to protect voter confidentiality.
The Democrats know this, and they know damed well that the Republicans could not prove how a voter voted. The Dem's would be the first in line before the courts, to object if the Republican's were to seek a subpoena to see who voted for what candidate.

All that has to be shown is that of the illegal vote subtracted from each candidate in proportion to the percentage votes received by each candidate. And I would bet that if the deference came close to a tie the Judge would not nullify the election, if illegal votes were all there was that was in question. Minus 441 for Gregoire and minus 294 for Rossie equals +147 for Rossie just in King County.
Subtract Gregoir's 129 vote lead from Rossi's 147 gain = 18 vote lead. Based on figures in this news article.
Though not a tie, the other discrepancy in K.C. with counting unconfirmed ballots and more absent tee ballots than registered absent tee voters etc., NO ONE CAN KNOW WHO WONE THE GOVERNORS RACE.

What Dino Rossi wants to happen is a new election so the voters can make the decision for Governor not the Judge's ruling by default. Who wants to here the Dem's winning for the next 3 years, of corse they will any way.

Something else the Democrats are worried about is, if they lose the court battle they pay.

For instance, Howard Dean's Seattle stop was to cater to the Seattle elite pockets. However, he was right about Seattle being the focus of politicians. They know that Seattle carries the state in elections.
Joel also conveniently left out, when pointing out Dave Reichert gets some of his campaign money from pac's, that all politicians take pac money. Joel also points out how this pac money keeps the Republicans in power. I would summit that the Democrats can take credit for keeping the Republicans in power.
And, maybe, if the Dem's were to work with industry, i.e. "The National Mining Association", the Dem's would be getting that pac money too. In regards to the Nickels donor list, it has been forever that businesses have to grease politicians on both sides of the fence to keep from being over burdened with regulations and taxes.

Congress spent more tax dollars on pork this year than in any other year in history. For fiscal 2005, appropriators stuffed 13,997 projects into the 13 appropriations bills, an increase of 31 percent over last year's total of 10,656. In the last two years, the total number of projects has increased by 49.5 percent. The cost of these projects in fiscal 2005 was $27.3 billion, or 19 percent more than last year's total of $22.9 billion. In fact, the total cost of pork has increased by 21 percent since fiscal 2003. We will all pay it and those who have autos will pay it twice.
If any one thinks that comical vehicle are going to be paying the bulk of the revenue for a new road tax, think again. That tax will be computed out over the year as the coast of doing business. The consumer will pay that plus the new add gas tax.
The consumer will actually be paying twice if they also have to pay ton-age. The person who makes his living with his pick-up will have to suck it up if he can't pass along the coast. Like families that can only afford only one vehicle, and that happens to be a pick-up i.e. farmers, they are the ones who get stuck.
The poor are the people who get hit the hardest.
You folks in s.u.v. Ha... there is a move a foot to get you off the road all to gather, this could be part of it.

What no one has talked about for some time is what happened to the highway revenue for the past 12 years. It has be in the last 2 years that road construction has been doing any thing. Prior to that we went through a 10 year period where only 5 miles of new road were built. NO one has answered the question were did the revenue go for that 10 year period. The Department of Transportation could not account for it and there was no audit. I believe it was the Evergreen Freedom Foundation who brought it to light. For some reason it faded away. This question is I'm sure one of the reasons that people are fed up with the states quo. .

As an example D.H.S.S. 25 million that was over spent, has any one question as to where it went? I doubt it and even if it was questioned it would never be audited.

So the net results are coast of living is on the way up, the coast of doing business is on it's way up, the coast of doing the states business is on it's way up, taxis are on there way up, the coast of autos are on there way up And utilities are on the way up.

On the way down is life stiles, business climate i.e. jobs and the amount of cash you have to spend.
It looks like a recession by design.

Political correctness enforced by a liberal agenda has permeated and weakened bedrock principles of democracy that are basic for our freedom.

Why? Why is there a breakdown in education, police procedures and lifestyles in general? Why is there open war against religion?

Answer: State and federal legislators fear political reprisal if they attempt to eradicate the rot and decay. Note these following examples:

Ward Churchill, a tenured professor at University of Colorado, delivers a dark message to his students. He attacks Sept. 11 terrorist victims as "Little Eichmanns." This from a man who lies about his American Indian heritage and plagiarizes his publications. How many like Churchill, entrenched by tenure, spread their poison across our educational landscape?

Sex education runs wild. What started as advanced health education 40 years ago has grown into a monster. Abstinence and hygiene were never the real liberal goals. The introduction of alternative lifestyles appears to be the original game plan. Tax-funded public education is out of control.

Political correctness trumps common sense. In Georgia, a prisoner went berserk and killed a judge and court stenographer. He overpowered a female deputy who was 51 years of age and 5 feet tall because he was unshackled. Why did security break down? Because the court was more worried about the jury's opinion of a handcuffed prisoner than the security of others.

The microscope of reason brings into focus the brazen objectives of the far left.

I say liberalism because there is more than enough money coming in to the State coffers to do the business of the State. As if that is not enough our Dem buddies in Olympia have decided to over tax it citizens in this LITIGARCHY government.

Inheriting a two million dollar farm means that the ares would have to cough up two hundred thousand dollars of extortion money to the state. Assets and cash flow are two entirely deferent things. That farm may only make sixty thousand a year, while it value came as a result of appreciation. At the same time a twenty million dollar business dose not mean that is it's annual income. And annual sales dose not compute to annual income.

A lot of these estates are family owned where the children may have been running the farm or business for some time when the parent passes. Imagine going through the legal hassle of get things in order to be able to carry on the business plus funeral and or hospital and Doctor bills, to have the State come in and demand there cut.

WHO CARES IF PEOPLE HAVE TO SELL THERE PROPERTY TO SATISFY THE DEMOCRATS.
This is nothing less than a Mafioso stile strong arm thievery, where you pay up or we will take your property.

As for Mr. Bill I would say if you want the State to have your estate put it in your WILL.

When you Union members run down to pay your dues, think about where that money ends up. If you are a conservative, you need to know that the money is used to under mine your philosophy. As a Republican, your dues go to support Democrats running for public office and to support lobbyist, for socialistic agendas. Some of it is spent on activist causes like in the report below.

At some point, one has to ask ones self "Are the benefits worth the cost of a nation's unity?". That is the Union's call to arms? "unity" Workers united for the cause. Well if this country is not united it will fall to a chain of tyrannical leaderships from which it will never recover.
The Union will either be a part of a new government or it will cease to exist. Either way, at that point, it will not benefit the worker.

No, I don't have any love for Unions, though I have been a member of the original Teamsters Union as a certified mule skinner. I realize I'm not going to bust the Union, but that's not what I am about. My mission is to limit the Unions political powers. The only way to do that is to push for a right to work state. This is good for both labor and the people of the state. It gives labor leverage over how Union dues are spent, and at the same time limits the Union's power in government.

Last week Gregoire cut 1,000 middle managers in Department of Revenue. This week its DSHS who will be cut by 1,000 in middle management. Well let's see, that is a 2,000 job cut of high payed managers, right?

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!

This is a cut in the lowest paying jobs, Don't be fooled by the job titles. This is a fast shuffle to create the illusion that BIG CUTS are being made in State Employees.

How it works is easy. State employees are Union. Those middle management personal have seniority, so they bump a person who has less seniority. And it go's on down the line until the bottom of the food chain is reached.

This is a good time to create a new bureaurcracy, so the Union will not lose membership.
Or it gives the Union a chance to get rid of the non Union personal.

This is is one of the most pathetic displays of human events I have ever encountered. This hole thing comes down to one thing, and that is do we except hear say in the termination
of human life.
If so then the door is open for expedience, i.e. expedite inheritance, insurance fraud or just
plain don't want to be bothered with tacking care of an invalid.
Something that the younger folks should think about as they age and the body does not function
as well as it once did.
One of the few things that government is suppose to do is to make sure those things that are
spelled out by our founding documents are up-healed. All the government is doing is "double
checking" putting the case up for revue.

The most beautiful person I ever had the pleasure to meeting was comatose for over three months, after
being literally cut out of a demolished car. Body broken and lacerated with a collapsed lung, it look real
bleak . All parties would have been justified by letting her go, as she was on Oxygen, Food and liquid.
She was sweet 16 when she faced death. All those months she lay hooked up to machines to keep
her a live, with no one knowing what was going on in side.
By the grace of God I met this young laddie 6 years later, and we have spent the last 20 years in marital
bliss. looking forward to the rest of our life to gather.
The point: It is none of my or any one else's business what they do with there life. However it is our business
when some one else is calling the shots on behalf of an invalid with out evidence of there wishes.
